Chuck and Dianne Roeper: Chuck and Dianne both serve full-time with GradCru. Chuck, originally from west Michigan, has a degree in Architecture (from U-M), a Master of Divinity (Trinity Evangelical Divinity School), and a Ph.D. in Intercultural Studies (Cultural Anthropology/Ethnology/Education). Dianne comes from southeast Minnesota and has a degree in Education. They especially value close friendships and mentoring/discipling graduate students to help them grow spiritually in their walk with the Lord..
Brandon and Jane (Yu-Chen) Girard: Brandon and Jane joined GradCru at U-M in 2015 and 2009, respectively. Born and raised in the Ann Arbor area, Brandon has a degree in English Literature and German Studies and worked at a software company prior to joining Cru staff. Jane is from Taiwan and came to U-M as an international student. She has a degree in Psychology and Economics and a Master degree in Accounting. She worked as a Certified Public Accountant before the Lord called her into full-time ministry. Brandon and Jane were married in 2012 and have two sons, Wesley, who was born in March 2015, and Calvin, who was born in February 2017. They love the International graduate student community and are passionate to see them come to know the Lord.
Hayley Nasrallah: Hayley is part-time GradCru staff and her husband, Dan, is a Ph.D. student in Organic Chemistry at the University of Michigan. Hayley was born and raised in Zimbabwe, but has called North Carolina her home for many years. She has a degree in International and Global Studies from The University of North Carolina at Greensboro, with a special concentration in Global Human Rights as well as Global Arts and Belief Systems. Hayley and Daniel met in college, where they were both involved with Cru throughout their college years. They married and moved up to Ann Arbor during the summer of 2015. Hayley also starts a Master in Counseling Psychology program at nearby Moody Theological Seminary in fall 2017.
